How it all started

Webedem was founded at a time when international investors and foreign entrepreneurs were flocking to Limassol, and our beloved city was becoming a global business hub.
Competition is adversity, and adversity breeds opportunity. The initial members of Webedem have been witnessing their city changing, and the financial sector booming, but with technical expertise imported from abroad. Having gained c-level experience from their backgrounds the founding members came together to form the entity we today call Webedem. The solidarity that defined the company’s core has spilled over to everyone that has joined since, and over time this has organically evolved into what now defines the company’s culture: The people we work with come first.
The Webedem team has always felt that the financial sector in Limassol has been seriously missing a local touch and that there was a significant gap between the sector and the locale. So since the very beginning, the crew has taken upon them the challenge of becoming the bridge to that gap and ensuring that the sector gives back to the community in a genuine way. We haven’t stopped since.
Webedem was founded on the principles of solidarity, interrelation with society and adaptability. The main areas it currently focuses on are fintech, management consulting and marketing.
